1. Go to https://www.blogger.com
2. Login by your gmail ID
3. Click on "New Blog"
4. Now here are 4 things to do. 1st of all Chose a title for Your Blog. for Example "My Blog"
2nd chose a blog address. this is necessary that the address you chose had hot chosen before. If someone has chosen it before, blogger will display error that this address is not available. And yellow color will be shown. you will try and try again for available address.
3rd thing is choosing template. Some templates are available here. Click on one of these. You can change it later.
After doing this all Click on "Creat blog"
